Read an edge's observed landed-tip percentiles as a JSON array, without a JSON-RPC envelope.
x-api-key<token>API key. Precedence: api-key query parameter, x-api-key header, then Authorization: Bearer. The first form present wins, even if empty or invalid. Bearer followed by a space is case-sensitive. Prefer a header to avoid URL logs.
Returns an array of zero or one observed tip-floor snapshots as an application/json array, without a JSON-RPC envelope. An empty array means no recent landing data is available.

Zero or one tip-floor snapshot; an empty array means no recent landing data is available. This is an observation, not a required tip or a prediction of landing; your key's minimum tip still applies. Each edge reports its own values; compare responses using a named metro hostname.
