Rebates and payout wallets
Choose a SOL payout wallet and understand pending, mature and paid rebates.
Rebates are paid in SOL to a wallet you control. Contact support to confirm availability, eligibility and your rebate terms. Mainnet rebates and self-serve wallet setup are not active yet.
Your team's rebates
Rebates belong to your team. Keep access to the payout wallet: you need it to approve later wallet changes.
Choose a wallet
When setup is available, a team admin opens Settings > Rebate wallet in the console:
- Enter a Solana address you control, or choose Use connected wallet.
- Choose Save address.
- Wait for setup to complete. Rebates start after setup; you can still change the saved address while it is pending.
Initial setup does not ask the wallet to sign a transfer.
Change the wallet
- Choose Change wallet.
- Connect the current payout wallet and enter the new address.
- Review and approve the transaction. The current wallet pays the network fee.
- Wait for confirmation before disconnecting.
All unpaid rebates go to the new wallet, including amounts already earned. If you lose access to the current wallet, contact support; entering a new address cannot approve a change.
If the panel says the saved wallet is out of date, use Save wallet to synchronize it with the confirmed destination. This does not change the payout wallet again.
Rebate amounts
| Amount | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Pending | Earned credit that is not yet eligible for payout. |
| Mature | Credit eligible for payout but not yet transferred to your wallet. |
| Paid | SOL already transferred to the payout wallet. |
New credit waits at least 24 hours before it matures. Additional credit can extend the wait for amounts still pending, but does not delay amounts already mature.
Receiving payment
You do not need to submit a claim or send another tip to receive a rebate. Payments go to the registered wallet automatically; maturity does not mean a transfer has already happened or promise a payout time.
Keep the wallet panel up to date. If setup, a wallet change or a payout needs attention, contact support. Closing a team stops new earnings; earlier earnings remain payable under your terms.
